Many swimmers exceeded their expectations in Grantham Swim School’s latest distance event at The Meres leisure centre.
Instructor Ange Taylor congratulated the 50 children who took part including 10-year-old Bethany Cartwright who swam 200 lengths of the pool to clock up 5,000 metres.
Ange also thanked parents who helped with counting distances achieved.
