Furious at having her hair extensions pulled out in a night club, a 22-year-old vented her frustrations to the police and was arrested.
The court heard how police were called to Westgate after reports of a disturbance.
Marie Stace, prosecuting, said: “She had been previously assaulted herself and part of her hair extensions had been pulled out in a night club.”
Bill Frasier, defending, said: “She complained to a police officer who seemed to think there was no substance to her complaint.
“Through me she does apologise for her behaviour on that night.”
McDonald was bound over to keep the peace for six months. If she breaks the order and gets into trouble she will have to pay part or all of the £100 sum.
