I felt that I must write with regard to the Made in Grantham concert held at the Guildhall Theatre on Saturday.
It was a concert that provided a fabulous evening’s entertainment.
Premier Cru opened the proceedings with a great performance playing ‘60s hits, followed by Nigel Truman, who showed great skill on the acoustic guitar.
St John’s Church Choir just knocked us all out with their wonderful voices and Evonne Rivers entertained us with her powerful voice.
Terry Carey gave a great performance and finally the newly-formed Grantham Rhythm and Blues Band stunned us with their talent, playing a whole range of familiar pieces.
Well done to everyone, including Kevin Lawry, who introduced the acts, and to Roy Wright, who put the whole thing together.
Thank you Grantham Events Committee.
