On Boxing Day evening it was quite dark and raining as we motored along Sandon Road.
We were about 10 yards from the junction with Hill Avenue when we experienced an almighty bang. I went and looked to see what had caused the bang and found the largest crater I had ever seen in the road. Next morning, I went to look again. The crater had been coned off, but not repaired.
It would be good if readers let us all know where these road holes are. My contribution is: Sandon Road, Brook Street near the junction with Swinegate, Highcliffe Road and Earlesfield Lane.
We need these repairing, not just being tarmacked over.
