Division One champions Grantham Billiards Club Re-inst8’d are pictured collecting their Grantham Summer Pool League silverware at the presentation evening held on Saturday.
The team won 16 out of 18 matches, drawing one and losing only once, to take the title by 33 points with a total of 179.
Team captain Danny Short said that team spirit and composure under pressure were the major factors to the success of GBC Re-inst8’d: “This team is young and inspiring to others. Commitment is the key. Week after week they turned up and produced the goods.”
