A PENSIONER is in a serious condition in hospital following a four-car pile-up at Belton near Grantham.
Emergency services were called to the A607 at about 11.40am today, where they found a number of casualties.
The vehicles involved were a white Subaru estate, a green MG, a grey Honda estate and a blue Ford Focus.
The pensioner, an 80-year-old man from Great Gonerby, is being treated at Grantham Hospital. Two occupants of the MG were taken to Lincoln County Hospital.
The road is still closed, with diversions in place.
Traffic is being back up from North Parade all the way to Great Gonerby as a result.
