THREE Grantham Athletic Club members joined more than 35,000 runners in the London Marathon on Sunday.
The trio of Grantham representatives trained hard over the winter months and were rewarded with fast times. Paul Rushworth was first to arrive on the Mall in a time of 3hr 5min 40sec, followed by Ben Hatherley in 3:31:12 and Ben Mason with a strong finish in 3:45:21.

Norman Gosbee celebrated his 61st birthday by completing his 148th marathon, finishing 277th out of almost 16,000 runners in his age category.
