A DRIVER was breathalysed after crashing his car and found to be well over the drink-drive limit.
Stephen Thompson of The Robin Hood and Little John in Aslackby crashed his car into a ditch and failed a roadside breath test.
Thompson, 30, had been drinking the night before and thought he would be okay to drive the following morning. The accident happened at 9.50am in the Bourne area.
Rob Arthur, defending, said: “Unfortunately, he miscalculated.”
Thompson was disqualified for 17 months and fined £250. He must also pay costs of £85 and a £15 surcharge.
