I can’t believe that SKDC would have the brass neck to write to Mrs Linda Napier reminding her to bring her garden up to the standard required (Journal, August 30).
I’m inviting Ian Richardson (head of housing and neighbourhood) to come and walk his dog with me and I will show him some pavements which are three-quarters covered in brambles and nettles, making them single file only.
If you meet someone along the footpath, then somebody has to walk in the road, - not a good idea.
Earlesfield Lane is very busy and will be once the children get back to school.
So, please, please can we have our pavements cleared.
