As dedication to charity goes it’s hard to beat - a knitting group in Premier Court retirement home has just finished its 100th blanket.
The blankets are either sent overseas in response to aid appeals or sent to the Salvation Army.
Donations of wool to help the group with its efforts are always welcome and can be delivered to the Premier Court Community Room any morning.
