A man sentenced to 120 hours of community service had his sentence extended to 130 hours for failing to comply with his community order.
The court heard Martin Cant of Brittain Drive, Grantham, had failed to attend appointments with the Probation Service. He admitted the breach.
Judith Bew, defending, said Cant, 28, has been working hard six days a week so was struggling to make himself available.
She said: “He has been so busy working he clearly did not communicate properly and arrange his working arrangements around the probation service which is what he should have done and he fully accepts that.”
