The Gingerbreads continued their winning streak with a strong performance over The Imps in their fourth pre-season match.
New striker Massiah McDonald put Grantham ahead in the first half with Deon Meikle doubling Town’s advantage after the break.
Lincoln scored from the penalty spot late on but it was too little, too late, for the visitors.
Attendance was 238.
