Three vehicles were involved in an accident on the A1 near Long Bennington yesterday afternoon.
One vehicle ended up in a ditch at the side of the road and another in the central reservation. One of the vehicles was reported to be on its roof.
Police said injuries were sustained as a result of the accident which happened at about 5pm on the northbound road near the turn-off for Long Bennington. A fire and rescue crew attended and reported nobody was trapped. An air ambulance also attended the scene.
