A drug dealing offence against a Grantham man was deemed too serious to be heard by magistrates, so his case will be heard in Lincoln.
Martin Cooper of Hornsby Road in Grantham is accused of being in possession of 17.93g of cocaine with intent to supply in Chestnut Grove, Grantham.
Cooper, 28, who has yet to enter a plea, will next appear before magistrates on July 16 for his case to be sent to the crown court.
Cooper is accused alongside John Coombe, 42, of Grosvenor Road, Billingborough, who is charged with possession of cannabis with intent to supply and possession of cocaine with intent to supply. He will appear alongside Cooper on July 16.
