ALADDIN takes a trip to the city that never sleeps in a funny adaptation of the Disney favourite created by the Leadenham Players.

The amateur actors have been working hard to put on their production of ‘Aladdin Tights’, a brand new script written by Players Chris Colley and Dave Mitchell.

‘Aladdin Tights’ debuted at Leadenham Hall on Friday, but there is another chance to see it tonight (Friday) and Saturday.

It promises to be a fabulous medley of singing, dancing and humour.

‘Performed by families for families’ is the motto of the Leadenham Players, which is a cast of over 35 ranging in age from five to 70. Two new directors, Emma Ross and Dawn Osborne, have joined the team this year, shaking things up and bringing in a fresh perspective.

‘Aladdin Tights’ is on at Leadenham Village Hall tonight (Friday) at 7.30pm, and tomorrow at 2.30pm and 7.30pm.

Tickets are £5 for adults, £4.50 for senior citizens and £4 for children under 16.
