Buckminster 187-8 Barrowby 36
Jack Berry claimed career best bowling figures as Buckminster maintained their unbeaten start.
On his way to 8-14, Berry joined an exclusive list of Buckminster bowlers who have taken eight wickets in a league game, including club legends such as Lennie Smith,Kev Rate and Tim Gadsby.
And it was Gadsby who top scored with 43no for the home side as they cruised to a comfortable victory.
Bottesford 201-6
Belton Park 100-6
After winning the toss and deciding to bat, Bottesford made a steady start before a flurry of wickets from Rohan Perera (2-37) and Mick Coulson (3-57) slowed the home team’s progress.
But 71no out from skipper Ian Hewson, along with Mike Fowler (25) and Dan Barratt (22no), helped rebuild the innings.
Belton Park were never in the hunt after Mike Fowler (3-12) and Dan Barratt (1-24) knocked over the top order, but 42no from youngster Alex Wheeler prevented Bottesford from claiming full points.

Gedling Colliery 266-6
Belvoir 157-9
The backbone of Gedling Colliery’s 266-6 was a perfectly timed 100no out by opener Lee Gomersall.
In reply, Olly Clayfield (33) and Euan Coulthard set off at four-an-over until both fell in the 40s.
James Clayfield and Lyndon James (30) battled back from the early losses but fell within 16 runs of one another as Belvoir succumbed to 103-5.
When the gritty Lewis Dann went for 15 the score had crept to 118-8. This brought Matt Irvine to the crease to join Olly Elson (17).
The pair stood firm through a raft of bowling changes for nearly 11 overs before Rahman bowled Elson for his fifth wicket.
South Lincs & Border League Premier Division
Grantham 169 Sleaford 2nd 68
Grantham lost the toss and were asked Grantham to bat first.
Grantham openers Stewart Mudie (65) and Martin Parmley (29) made a very positive start and put on 73 for the opening wicket.
The Sleaford bowlers responded well and took wickets at regular intervals, but Matt Wing (36) was able to guide Grantham to a decent total.
Grantham’s bowlers soon getting on top and were ably supported in the field, with some good catches showing that the training is paying off.
Adam Parker looked extremely threatening with the ball and took seven wickets for 37 runs, with Danny Ashley, Alex Cross and new recruit Jordan Grosse getting a wicket apiece. Lincs Under-15 Cup
Caythorpe 85-5 Sleaford 73-9
Caythorpe found Sleaford’s bowling tricky and were 17-3, but Tom Mawer (23) and Matt Law (18) patiently built the total, with Josh Pearce adding 18no.
In reply, Alex Dempster and Harry Brewin steadied the ship, with Will Rich (2-6) turning the screw. There were further wickets for Jonny Law (2-18), Harry Johnson (1-4) and Tom Ward (1-22).
Lincs Under-15 League
Caythorpe 104-3 Woodhall Spa 90-6
Harry Glenn (13) and Alex Wheeler (24) set the foundations for victory, aided by Tom Mawer (28no) and Matt Law (19no).
In reply, Morgan Heppleston (2-20) made the breakthrough, with Harry Johnson (2-13) and Ollie Stanley (1-11) tightening the vice. Lincs Schools County Cup Spalding Grammar 115-7 King’s School 116-5
Dan Gibson and Hamza Javed took three wickets apiece, with an outstanding catch by King’s stand-in wicketkeeper Cam Hudson.
In reply, Euan Coulthard and Dom Modd each racked up 30 runs. A quick fall of three wickets was amended with Ross Denton and Harry Adams finishing with relative ease.
