An estate agents in Grantham has been named Branch of the Month after achieving its best sales month in over seven years.
The team at William H Brown did well in January, and followed suit in February with another record-breaker, leading them to win the regional accolade.
Branch manager Amanda Hoskins, who joined William H Brown in July last year, is delighted at her team’s success. She said: “We are absolutely delighted with our start to the new year and have been kept incredibly busy since January.
“We are thrilled at our results and with being named Branch of the Month for our region in February, but most pleasing is the clear confidence within the local property market at present.
“We at William H Brown in Grantham are seeing a massive upturn in activity as would-be buyers and vendors are entering the market to try and beat the spring rush.”
Staff at the branch boast 50 years’ estate agency experience between them.
