If you are thinking of trying a new sport this summer – how about outdoor bowls?
Vacu-Lug Bowls Club is looking for new members for the coming season.
The club welcomes novices and equipment can be supplied while you try out the sport.
The season begins on April 29 and runs until the end of August.
Anyone interested in joining is invited to pop along to the club’s Gonerby Hill Foot green where they can have a look and chat. Games are played most Monday and Friday evenings, from 6.30pm, and Sunday mornings.
