Energetic youngsters at Caythorpe Primary School helped raise almost £2,000 for a children’s charity.
They were put through their paces at keep-fit sessions by NSPCC schools fund-raiser Val Foottitt.
Four sessions were held in the school hall and all the school’s 136 pupils had a chance to join in the exercises and dance to music.
The children were sponsored by friends and parents and raised a total of £1,947.
