GRANTHAM teacher Darren Taxis has been hailed the finest PE teacher in country today after scooping an award from Sky Sports.
Phoenix School teacher Darren was one of only three teachers from around the country who were selected as finalists and invited to a special awards ceremony at Wembley Stadium this afternoon.
And today he was awarded the Sky Sports Living For Sport Teacher of the Year award, receiving the trophy from British Olympic gold medallist Darren Campbell.
