Both of the boxercise class instructors, who can also be booked for personal training, are well-known martial artists who train with some of the top instructors all over the UK to ensure they keep moving forward and teaching the best and most effective techniques.
Angie is the founder and instructor of Grantham Ji-Shin Karate Club. She has had a successful 35-year career in martial arts and is also a door supervisor.
Rosie was introduced to martial arts at a very young age, starting her training at four years old.
She trained in wado-ryu karate for 18 years and started boxing at 14 years old.
All of the instructors at Emzfit have been training themselves for more than 18 years.
Rosie added: “We specialise in martial arts having competed at top levels. Every few months we run specialist courses where we have guest instructors down who are very well known all over the UK in what they do.”
Boxercise training is also available for children aged over eight. It starts at St Anne’s Church Hall on Tuesday between 5.30pm and 6.20pm, at £3.50 a session.
