A record weekend for Grantham Running Club saw members race a total of more than 400 miles, with a number of personal bests recorded.
Twenty-three took part in the Great Eastern Run at Peterborough, a flat city centre half-marathon challenge.
First of the Grantham runners home was David Kay in 1hr 23min 26sec, followed closely by veteran Arthur Short (1.25.46). Yvonne Taylor (2.16.48) knocked almost 18 minutes off her previous best.
Ropsley Road Runner Tony Johnson recorded 1.25.41.

l A trio of GRC runners competed in the Leicester Marathon. Ben Mason and Ben Hatherley both secureda personal bests.

l John Blair set his fastest time at the Melbourne Marathon in Australia, recording 4.08.11.
l Ultra-runner Paul Rushworth jogged around the 26-mile off-road Steeples and Spires Arts and Heritage Trail in 3.40.07 to finish eighth.
Paul was back in action the following day to tackle the 27-mile Dave Lewis Memorial Challenge in 4.20.15.
l The Hyde family took part in the the Nottingham Duathlon Challenge last weekend, with father Gerry finishing 14th in 57.14 for the 4km run, 14km cycle and 2km run.
Wife Louise completed the course in 74.53 and son Sam (37.02) finished fifth in the Super Sprint event.
l Ropsley Road Runner Tony ran Sunday’s Bridlington Half-marathon. He completed the hilly course in foggy conditions in 1.27.15.
